Stainless steel bearing in EFG
Stainless steel bearings have obvious advantages in materials when compared with ordinary bearings, the QC of precision in craftsmanship is much stricter than ordinary bearings. During the working process, stainless steel bearings work stably, with low noise, high corrosion resistance, and are widely used.
Prouct Featdures
AISI SUS440C stainless steel (Domestic Grades: 9Cr18Mo, 9Cr18) is used for bearing ring and rolling element materials after vacuum quenching
Tempering treatment, the cage and sealing ring skeleton material use AISI304 stainless steel (Domestic Brand: 0Cr18Ni9). Compared with other bearing steel material, stainless steel bearings have stronger anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties. Choose appropriate lubricants and dust caps, and can be used in an environment of -60 ℃ ~ + 300 ℃. Stainless steel deep groove ball bearings can resist corrosion caused by moisture and several other media. This type of single row deep groove ball bearing is similar to the standard deep groove ball bearing made of carbon chromium (rolling bearing) steel. It has a deep bearing raceway groove, and the fit between the bearing raceway and the ball is extremely high. Stainless steel bearings have high mechanical strength and large load capacity.
Widely used in food processing, medical equipment, pharmaceutical machinery.
Stainless steel bearings are widely used in Medical equipment, low temperature engineering, optical instruments, high-speed machine tools, high-speed motors, printing machinery, food processing machinery.

Advantages of stainless steel bearings
1. Excellent corrosion resistance: Stainless steel bearings are not easy to rust and have strong corrosion resistance.
2. Washable: Stainless steel bearings can be washed down without having to re-lubricate to prevent rusting.
3. Can run in liquid: Due to the materials used, we can run bearings and bearing seats in liquid.
4. Slower depletion speed: AISI 316 stainless steel does not require oil or grease corrosion protection. Therefore, if the speed and load are low, no lubrication is required.
5. Sanitation: Stainless steel is naturally clean and non-corrosive.
6. High heat resistance: stainless steel bearings are equipped with high-temperature polymer cages or cages without a complete supplementary structure, which can be shipped
It operates at a higher temperature range from 180 ° F to 1000 ° F. (Need to be equipped with high temperature resistant grease)
Causes of fracture and failure of stainless steel bearings
Defect and orverload are the main causes of fracture and failure of stainless steel bearings.
When the applied load exceeds the material strength limit and the part breaks, it is called overload fracture. The cause of overload is mainly the sudden failure of the host or improper installation. Defects such as micro-cracks, shrinkage cavities, air bubbles, large foreign objects, overheated tissues and local burns of bearing parts can also cause fractures at the defects when they are impacted or overloaded or severely vibrated.
It should be pointed out that during the manufacturing process of the bearing, the re-inspection of the raw materials in the factory, the quality control of forging and heat treatment, and the control of the processing process can correctly analyze whether the above defects exist through the instrument, and the control must be strengthened in the future. But generally speaking, most of the fracture failures of stainless steel bearings that occur usually are overload failures.
