JDB (500 #) solid embedded self-lubricating bearings are based on high-strength copper alloy as the base, embedded molded solid lubricant, bearings, sliders, gaskets, etc. It breaks through the limit of the oil-relying bearing,  is suitable for using under special conditions without oil, high temperature, high load, corrosion resistance and cannot be lubricated in water or other chemical solutions. The current products have been widely used in metallurgical continuous casting machines , rolling mill equipment, mining machinery, ships, steam turbines, hydraulic turbines, injection molding machines and equipment production lines.
